• Fee Amount: The administration fee is set at 12% of the Booking Fee and is required to process your application/request. This applies to events and larger group bookings.
• Payment Due: The administration fee must be paid in full at the time of application or request submission.

• No Refunds: The administration fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:
• Withdrawal of application or request by the applicant.
• Rejection or denial of application or request by Lead Belt Games Arena.
• Cancellation of the service by the applicant.
• Acceptance of Terms: By submitting an application or request and paying the administration fee, you acknowledge and accept that the fee is non-refundable.

1. Booking Cancellation Policy

• Applicable Bookings: This policy applies to group bookings, large events such as conventions, or group events involving more than 9 people.
• Booking Fee: If you cancel your booking, a booking fee will be charged.
• Refunds of Booking Fee:
• Normal Circumstances: The booking fee is normally refundable minus the administration fee.
• Cancellations Within 7 Days: If the event is cancelled within 7 days of the booking, the booking fee is refundable on a case-by-case basis only.
• Non-Refundable Component: If the booking fee is deemed non-refundable, the admin fee will be considered part of the booking fee taken, ensuring that you, the booker, will not be charged twice.

1. Purpose of the Administration Fee The administration fee covers the costs associated with processing your application/request, including but not limited to administrative tasks, evaluation, and communication.
